"I was wondering if you could get me this program that I need."
"Have you tried installing it from the application catalog yet?"
"Yes, but it isn't there."
"Alright, give me a moment to check. ... ... ... I'm sorry, but the application is available in the catalog, you can simply download it from there."
"So where is this catalog?"
"You go to Start, All Programs and then click Application Catalog."
"Where...? Oh, right! I didn't know this existed!"
