"Hi! I've been trying for the last week to activate my account by changing my password! I keep trying but it doesn't work!"
"Alright, what is your error message?"
"The specified network password is not correct..."
"Alright. You're on password dot company dot com?"
"Yes! I've been trying and trying but it's not working!"
"There's a button there that says 'forgot password'."
"Really? It's that simple?"
Yup, it really, really is...
