"No sir! If you press cancel it means that your computer will not do it!"Yes, yes I did say that. Twice. The other time was someone who couldn't log on to their computer. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out why it wouldn't log her on, it turned out that she was pressing 'Cancel' rather than 'Ok' after entering her log-in information.
"Oh, really? Huh..."
This sort of thing makes my day. It really does.
