Head, meet desk. You two are about to become very close acquaintances.
So I just spend ten minutes on the phone with someone who wanted her outlook settings changed just so. It took a while to figure out what she wanted, and then a while to figure out how to do that for her, but I managed! This, of course, is the moment she says:
