The first step to finding the right answer is asking the right question.

"I forgot my password, but I can't make a new one!"
"What's the problem?"
"It's asking for my password!"
"If you just go to 'forgot password' you..."
"I did! But it's asking for my password! Something about a secret question?"
"Ah... Well then... I'm afraid we have a problem..."
This might just be my favourite in a long line of ever so slightly de-functional secret questions and answers. Others include:
'Who's the coach?' (She didn't remember which coach of which of the sports she plays she had in mind while making the question)
'What's my children's favourite teacher?' (The question was made several years ago. Her kids got different teachers since then)
'What's my name?' (Well, at least he could remember the answer to this one?)
And my other favorite:
'Woof?'
