"Good morning, IT-helpdesk, this is Anne speaking..."So what you're saying is that's so urgent you can wait a day for some guy to show up who has to come from god knows where, but you can't walk to the nearest admin office to get some new paper yourself. Glad you have your priorities straight.
"Yeah morning, so I'm at a printer but there's no paper anymore. Can you send someone over?"
"Alright, so usually there's some new paper somewhere near the printer. If there isn't, check with reception or a nearby administrations office..."
"No, you don't get it. There's no more paper. That needs to be replaced by someone from Xerox! Once in a while they send over some guy and he replaces it."
"There's no more paper in your whole building?"
"Well I don't know. But someone from Xerox needs to come over!"
"I understand ma'am, but you can also just put in some new paper yourself and it's way quicker that way: Sending someone over might take a day or so."
"Nonsense, someone from Xerox always does that so they need to come and do it, right now!"
"... Alright, if you don't mind waiting, I can make a call to Xerox and they'll send someone over..."
"Tell them to hurry! It's urgent!"
"Right. Do you have a printer number for me?"
