Error: It says it won't do it. [Ok] [Cancel]

"Could you read me the error message, please?"
"It says it won't do it."
"I understand, but could you read out the exact message?"
"I just said: It says it won't do it!"
"Sir, I'm going to need the exact error message so I know why it won't do it..."
"And I just told you, it says it won't do it!"
"Sir, there is no error message like that. I need to know exactly what it says so I can figure out what's wrong!"
"Alright, alright, I'll go back to the website and try it again."

Can anyone please tell me why it's so hard to read out the error message you get? Please?
