Timing is everything

"Morning, this is Onno Prepared. So my outlook won't work. It doesn't seem to get a connection..."
"Right, can you give me your computer ID? That way I can look along with you."
"That's C1234567..."
"Alright, just a moment... ... ... ... Sir, it doesn't seem to find your computer... Are you sure you're either at the company or have a VPN connection?"
"Oh, no, I'm in the train, my laptop isn't on! You can still fix it, right?"
Yes, sure! I'll log onto your computer, which is off, with your account, which I have full access to, and fix your problem for you. No problem!
